During the summer period, it is essential for every lady to know how to maintain your skin in tip-top condition. In Singapore, we constantly experience scorched humid weather. Here are 10 Japanese beauty secrets we would like to share with you.

1. Drink plenty of water

Choosing water over sugar-sweetened drinks helps you to maintain a healthy weight. Did you know that by adding lemon into your plain drinking water, it helps to aids digestion and cleanse your system? Put a few slices of lemon into your water bottle  to flavour it and keep yourself hydrated at all times.

2. Using sunscreen aka sunblock

Never neglect using sunscreen as part of your beauty regime, it’s a crucial step to ensure that your face/body is protected, this avoids damaging the skin and premature aging of the skin.
