You need not worry about finalizing your treatment now. On the day of your treatment, our spa therapist will consult with you to further understand your current health conditions and preference to make better recommendations that will benefit you.
No, our spa welcomes guests of all ages. Parental consent will be required for those under 18. A pre-treatment consultation will determine the suitability of specific spa treatments.
We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments for at least four weeks in advance to ensure your preferred spa treatment, time or therapist is available, especially when making multiple appointments. You can contact us to check the availability.
If you wish to change the spa treatment for an alternative treatment, you are welcome to choose any other spa services of the same duration on the spa menu.
You should arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your spa treatment. This gives you enough time for registration and consultation.
You may cancel your appointment with no charges if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled date/time. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply: 50% will be charged if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment. 100% will be charged for no-shows.
We provide all amenities at the spa. Please bring your cosmetics if you want to fix your makeup after the spa treatment.
Our reservation system requires us to enter your credit card details to complete the booking process. If you are uncomfortable disclosing your credit card details over the phone, you can make an online reservation using our secure booking form. Otherwise, you can walk-in our spa to make the reservation in person. However, we will not be able to guarantee a slot for you in advance.
