In July, Ikeda Spa organised a Japanese Beauty Workshop for our ladies to discover the recipe for unfading youth with Japan-inspired nutritional tips, skincare rituals and spa indulgences!
It was our great honour to be able to collaborate with the team from Koplina. Our event was a great success with amazing turnouts – all thanks goes to Yvonne san and Regina san from Koplina and Jenny san, our branch manager over at Clarke Quay.
In case you missed it, here was what happened at our Japanese Beauty Workshop.
DIY your own Japanese skincare
Jenny san shared with the beautiful ladies on how to analyze their different skin types as well as the dos and don’ts .
The ladies were taught on how to make different masks accordingly to the following:
- Dry Skin
- Oily Skin
- Combination Skin
- Normal Skin
For this session, the brand Chidoriya was used to make the mask. Inspired by Geisha & Maiko’s skin care rituals, this Japanese traditional skin care is made up out of organic and natural ingredients, with a modern twist!
SPA TOUR BY IKEDA SPA
After the educational skincare session by Jenny san, the ladies were ecstatic to view our prestige spa facilities.
- Did you know our water used in our communal onsen bath is specially treated with ionisation technology imported from Japan and is also known as white ion water?
Eat Your Way To Healthy Skin
Yvonne san and Regina san shared with the audience on the recipe to youth, beauty and health and taught the audience on how to make yummy appetizers with Koplina.
