What age is the Genki Kids Facial suitable for?
The Genki Mini Kids Facial is designed for children aged 4 to 12 years old.
Can my child and I have our facials in the same room?
Our facial suites are designed as individual rooms to accommodate specialized skincare setups. While this means you and your child will enjoy your facials in separate rooms, you can relax with complete peace of mind. Our experienced therapists are wonderful with younger guests and will ensure your little one feels safe, comfortable, and thoroughly pampered throughout their 30-minute session.
My facial is 60 minutes, but my child’s is 30 minutes. What happens when theirs ends?
If your treatment runs longer than your child’s, they do not need to leave. Your child can continue to relax comfortably in the treatment room with a quiet activity while you complete your session undisturbed.
Will the therapist talk to my child or expect them to stay quiet?
Our therapists are trained to read your child’s cues. If your child is chatty and curious, the therapist will happily explain what they are doing. If your child wants to close their eyes and relax, the therapist will keep a quiet, soothing environment.

No. The Mini Kids Facial does not involve machine-based treatments or intensive extractions.
My child is 12 and starting to get early acne. Will this clear their skin?
This is a gentle, hydrating facial, not a medical acne treatment. While it will effectively cleanse the skin and remove buildup, it is not designed to treat active hormonal acne or extract pimples.
Do I need to wash off my child’s sunscreen before we arrive?
No, you do not need to prepare their skin. The first step of the facial is a gentle cleanse that will effectively wash away stubborn sunscreen and daily impurities.
How often should my child have a facial?
There is no need to treat this like a regular adult facial routine. The Genki Kids Facial is best viewed as a spa experience and a gentle introduction to caring for their skin.
