Upon arrival at the spa, our front desk personnel and therapists will guide you through the process to ensure you enjoy your spa experience. Safe Entry Practices & Sanitisation Standards
To ensure that all of our guests are safe, we have put in place extra precaution measures and sanitisation standards.
Before any guest enters the spa, wearing a mask is mandatory. The guest will be required to scan the SafeEntry QR code and have their temperature taken. Upon entering, we will need to sanitise our hands. All consultations will be done in the treatment room.
After each treatment session, our therapist will ensure that the treatment rooms are sanitised, including the bed, cupboards, and table.
